From Rookie to Leader
I was watching a few one-way video interviews with potential candidates for an Executive Assistant position we’re hiring for. One gentleman was just out-of-college and obviously a rookie...But he also had an abundance of untapped potential, the right attitude, was clearly coachable and detailed - just what we look for!
We had to ask ourselves the Big Question: Is this company willing to spend focused time to build this new, inexperienced hire up for success, or do they need someone to take over tactically and clear through actionables right now?
We love working with business leaders who are in it for the long run. Owners who know that potential is a diamond, and that they'll have to exert strategy and patience to chisel through and uncover the full beauty.
